busy, busy

so, i am not doing the greatest job on keeping up this whole blog thing. as i have mentioned before, my computer time is limited due to the raising of the children. and as of two weeks ago we have a new addition in our home. NO - we are not expecting! don't even let your mind go there. ha.

i started babysitting a 6 month old little baby boy noah. he is super cute and probably one of the best babies ever (next to my kids anyway!) he is here monday through friday, and my big boys surprisingly love it. i thought they would be more like "are you kidding me, not another baby!" needless to say i have been a little bit more home bound than before. ( three kids to the grocery store is no big deal now! ha!) but that definitely doesn't mean i have more time now to sit on the computer! unless i wanted to put isaiah in charge- hmmm... no i don't think noah's mom would appreciate that too much. huh. and really it's not so bad, i love my boys and love being here with them. i really wouldn't have it any other way.

i do still go to story time at the library with them all, (beth is there to help, don't worry) and i've had several people say, "wow, i wouldn't ever leave the house with all those kids, wow you're brave". that's beyond me. i have to get out a little. it's really not that big of a deal. why does leaving your home require bravery? what's the worst that can happen? crying? screaming? running away? throwing a fit? making a scene??? eh, so what. you can always pack em up and bring em home. at least you had a change of scenery.

it's all good times. i just don't want to miss a minute of my boys growing up. don't get me wrong, i love to get out, alone. and fortunately i have a hubby who says - "go ahead, i got the boys!" what a guy! so if you're sitting at home during the day, and think i wonder if alana wants some company, the answer is YES. come join the madness. bring your friends, bring your kids! and i'll even let you hold a baby (or two) ;)
